1. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by any third party.

2. Service Engagement

Any consultation booked or enquiry submitted through this website constitutes a request for information only, and does not itself create a contractual engagement of services. A formal service agreement, including scope and fees, will be provided separately before any paid engagement begins.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Consultancy fees, where applicable, are agreed in writing before work begins. Cancellation or refund terms for any paid engagement will be set out in your individual service agreement. Government and embassy fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority, regardless of application outcome.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Worldway Immigration provides advisory and documentation support for visa and immigration applications. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions of any government, embassy or consulate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Worldway Immigration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. Specific advice given during a paid consultation is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Worldway Immigration unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
